IT Specialist – Microsoft 365 Administrator (W/M/D)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed IT education (IT specialist or study in the IT field);
 
• Experience in handling, maintaining and operating Microsoft 365 Cloud Services product portfolio;
 
• Well-founded practical experience in the design, integration, migration and 2nd / 3rd level support of Microsoft services;
 
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, PowerShell and other Microsoft services;
 
• Ideally certifications in the Microsoft 365 area (e.g. SharePoint or Power Platform);
 
• English and German speaking;
 
• Analytical, service-oriented and proactive way of working.

Topics of the team:
You and your team are largely responsible for the transformation of our existing workplace model. In this context, you will translate technical requirements into technical solutions and advise on strategic technology decisions.


Your tasks

• Responsibility for the operation, maintenance and further development of Microsoft 365 services and add-ons (e.g. SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams and other Microsoft services);
 
• Consulting, planning and implementing of new Microsoft 365 technologies and solutions;
 
• Supervision of incident and change management within the Microsoft portfolio;
 
• 2nd and 3rd level support in the area of ​​Microsoft 365 Cloud Services, as well as systems and applications that are operated in Microsoft 365 and MS Azure AD environments;
 
• You are significantly involved in the development and introduction of the workplace of the future.
