We are looking for an entreprising and dynamic Customer Care Representative.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing correct and important logistic information to our clients. As a single point of contact, you will be responsible for bonding with our customers, and providing excellent service.

How do you do that:

• Maintaining a positive, empathethic and professional attitude towards our customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customers inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Aknowledging and resolving customer issues
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and comments
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues form other departments as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensuring customer satisfactionc and providing professional customer support

Skills & Qualification 

• University degree or student
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Detail oriented
• Computer literacy, especially MS Excel
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of English (minimum B2)
• Customer orientation
