Change Management Coordinator

We are searching for YOU, an enthusiastic and team player colleague, who:

• Have University studies – technical (mandatory)
 
• Speak English at an advanced level (mandatory)
 
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in automotive (mandatory)
 
• Experience in communicating with customers (mandatory)
 
• Have good knowledge in Excel
 
• Have abilities to work in a fast moving environment, with tight deadlines
• Your daily tasks:
•        You will be in charge of modifications for product/process, new references (requests can be internal or external), including SAP routing
 
• If the modification is external, you will be the interface with the client
 
• Direct link also with the supplier
 
• Will monitor and make the reception of PO in SAP
 
• Organize interdepartmental meetings to implement the changes
 
• Support closely all involved departments
 
• Participate actively in IPA2 trough the change (validation and revision)
 
• Collaborate with Technical, quality, maintenance, logistics, production
 
• Contact with product engineering from other plants
 
• Contact with technical design
 
• Monitor the RFP (request for proposal)
 
• Will be in charge of change location (mold and line transfers)
