Your mission:

As a Services Management Analyst you’ll get exposure to new technologies in the IoT and Smart Home field while learning our new platform and assisting our most important world-wide customers and technical partners. You will also get to be part of a Global team of coworkers between various US States, Colombia, Ukraine, Turkey and Romania. This is a great opportunity for a recent I.T. Graduate looking to move up within an organization!

Position Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) the following:

Performs thorough data analysis 

Troubleshoots technical issues which (may potentially) have an impact on the delivery of the company services.

Works closely with the Director of Services, Project Management Team and Product Management Team to ensure customer’s expectations are met.

Assists the Operations department with services related processes (e.g. purchasing and provisioning sim cards).

Assists the Financial team by gathering services data required for customer invoicing.

Assists in managing internal services.

Position requirements (must have):

Technical person with bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)

Experience in preparing data using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Very good communication skills - must speak and write fluent English

Strong problem solving abilities

Experience in investigation, discovery and reverse engineering of software issues

Knowledge of Linux commands and ability to read and understand logs

Quick learner, patient, organized, sociable and team player

Additional skills that would greatly benefit this position:

Cellular data experience

Wifi network experience

Z-wave/ZigBee/RF protocol experience

Data analytics

Experience in data visualization tools such as Kibana or Tableau
