Our French process team is expanding. We are looking for International Business agents with excellent French language skills.
The main responsibility of our specialists is to manage and support our business customers over email or phone.
You can do that, either as a back office agent or as a voice agent.
We are focused on the customer quality experience and not on quantity or volumes
- High school or Bachelor's degree;
- Fluency in spoken and written - French (B2/C1) and English (B2/B1);
- Previous experience in customer support - nice to have, but not mandatory;
- Very good interpersonal and client relationship management skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- PC skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Excel & Word;
- The main responsibility is to manage email booking requests for rail, hotel and car only for French customers B2B - back office or voice;
- Processing all the requests using client specific applications and any other systems/ tools required to complete the tasks;
- Following vendor related instructions as per the information received from client point of sales;
- Communicating with client’s points of sales through phone, chat or email to ensure timely processing of booking requests
- Sending booking confirmations/vouchers to the concerned departments/client;
