Due to our large growth as an IT service provider, we are looking for several full-time 1st-level support providers who are willing to work remotely and has a very high proficiency working with the German language. You will work in a pleasant environment with a very professional and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing IT support requests via phone, email, and chat
  •  Processing, checking, and documenting of orders in a ticket system
  • Provide first level support for all users with hardware, software, and application issues
  • Ask customer targeted open-ended questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Offer remote support to allocated users
  • Manage users and rights in Active Directory
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar position
  • Experience maintaining direct contact with customers
  • Experience working with ticket systems (Remedy, BMC, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Safe handling of Active Directory
  • Knowledge of remote support (MSRA, SCCM, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of network technology, VPN and current IT hardware as well as VoIP and printer environments
  • Excellent communication skills in German (preferably at a C1 level of communication).
  • Foreign languages of any kind an advantage, preferably English
  •  Good communication skills
