Qualifications

We are looking for a finance enthusiast eager to start a career in banking and be part of our Trade Services team.

To do a great job in this role you would have to posses these key characteristics :
• Excellent team player who pays special attention to details
• Results driven and a structured, logical approach to work
• High level of confidentiality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Minimal education level
University degree, preferable in Economics/Finance

Level of minimal experience
1-2 years

Technical skills required
MS OFFICE

Languages
English – medium to advanced,
German/French/Spanish will be considered a plus

Your key responsibilities within this role will include:

· Responsible for operational non funded instruments such as Letters of Credit, Bank guarantees, Advise
amend, Discount, Payment and for funded instruments such as export financing, document checking,
Remit, Acceptance , Payments, etc

· Processing accounting entry, reconciliation, and reporting on trade service & finance

· Ensure compliance of trade documents with the Regulatory guidelines, UCP, URC, HOP, procedures and
all relevant controls.

· Responsible for day-to-day administrative excellence in ensuring smooth functioning for Trade Finance
Operations

· Employ tools such as automation and digitization to increase process efficiency and scale business
