Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview

Bridge business and IT by translating requirements into solutions within complex transformation projects, especially in CPQ environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements
• Translate epics into user stories and specifications
• Support quote-to-order process design
• Align integrations with CRM, billing, and other systems
• Collaborate with agile teams and support testing activities

Key Requirements

• Experience in business analysis in IT transformation projects
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integrations
• Knowledge of CPQ systems and processes
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, BPMN/UML
• Strong communication skills (English required, German is a plus)
