We are looking for a new member to join our European Talent Acquisition Team, who can speak fluent English and Italian, and is eager to handle end-to-end recruitment processes across Europe. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Build and maintain relations with hiring managers to stay updated of current and future recruitment market trends

Identify the recruitment sources and conduct searches for suitable individuals based on relevant job criteria, using networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, databases, and employee referrals.

Screen and interview candidates, make hiring recommendations and be a consultant to the Hiring Managers

Keep in touch with cross-business HRs (HRBP)

Prepare recruitment statistics and feedback according to business needs

Deliver Recruitment related workshops / trainings / presentations

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proficiency in English and Italian (min. B2 both)
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, Business, or any relevant domain.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant recruitment experience with senior roles.
  • Proficient in using different sourcing channels (LinkedIn, eJobs, etc.);
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience dealing with uncertainty and complexity.
  • Experience in ORC
  • Technical recruiting experience

  • Other languages like French, Spanish or German would be a plus.
