The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for analyzing, processing, and structuring large sets of data in specialized software for the needs of various corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Data input into a specialized database management system in accordance with clients' inquiries.
• Placing clients’ orders in specialized databases.
• Processing clients’ requests and complaints in specialized databases.
• Analyzing and structuring clients’ information with help of specialized databases.
• Providing Company clients with all necessary information about services, prices, procedures, and discounts.

Requirements:

• High intermediate or advanced English knowledge (C1-C2),
• Responsible,
• Analytical thinking,
• Attention to detail,
• Intermediate to advanced PC knowledge,
• Stress resistance,
• Drive for results.
