What you can expect: 

• You know the standard features and configuration options of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ideally also Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• You take over the technical conception, configuration, programming and deployment of solutions and ensure their quality.
• You attach great importance to making the best possible use of the existing configuration options. You only write code if a solution with the standard functions is not possible or disproportionately expensive.
• The continuous improvement of processes and ensuring optimal integration into the existing system landscape of our customers are important to you.
• Within your development team, you will continuously coordinate with product owners and architects, for example, and actively pass on your knowledge.

General

• Aptitude for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions, with a focus on creative problem-solving and efficient code development.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests, debugging code, and ensuring high-quality development through testing methodologies such as test classes and test coverage.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest Salesforce & Mulesoft features, development best practices, and industry trends, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile. German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.

Salesforce

• Apex and Visualforce: Proficiency in Salesforce's programming languages like Apex for backend development and Visualforce for UI customization.
• Experience in creating Lightning Components and using the Lightning Framework for developing modern and responsive UIs in Salesforce.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, such as REST and SOAP, and familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft.
• Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications, like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the platform. Developer will be split in App, Mulesoft and Salesforce.
• Aptitude for understanding business requirements and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and code to meet those needs effectively.

Additional, but not mandatory skills: Mulesoft

• Demonstrated expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including experience with MuleSoft API development, flows, connectors, and Anypoint Studio.
• Ability to design and implement complex integrations using MuleSoft, connecting various systems, applications, and data sources efficiently.
• Skill in troubleshooting integration issues, identifying bottlenecks, and debugging MuleSoft applications to ensure seamless data flow.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certification App.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, node.js, react.js or other languages relevant to the platform.
• Experience in developing applications for specific platforms (e.g., Android or iOS), utilizing platform-specific SDKs, and adhering to platform guidelines.
• Understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience in writing and conducting tests to ensure app functionality and performance.
