Your Tasks:

  • Handling technical support cases through our system;
  • Enter and maintain relevant data in the IT system;
  • Support of planning FTTC/FTTH as copper or fiber optics jobs as well as planning of simple/copper jobs;
  • Work in internal system to enter or maintain infrastructure information;
  • Ensure timely completion of orders and monitor deadlines in the system;
  • Compile the road safety documents with the help of geodata systems;
  • Clarify property ownerships;
  • Compose letters to municipalities and third party facilities with respect for given laws and prepare for mailing;
  • Monitor deadlines and returns;
  • Close cooperation with DTAG's PTIs; coordination/distribution of jobs (how much in which way).


Your Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs and pronounced PC and IT affinity;
  • Very good English (written & verbal);
  • Knowledge of site plans/geoportals and handling complex programs similar to graphics programs would be a plus;
  • Quick learner and very high willingness to learn;
  • Analytical thinking and independent work;
  • High customer and team orientation and reliability.
