Role description:

  • Prospection and reactive/proactive upselling/ cross sell 
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Achieve defined company churn targets through retention activities 
  • Achieve/overachieve personal booking and revenue targets
  • Serve as lead contact for all account management matters 
  • Negotiation and close contracts in order to maximise profits and increase revenue base 
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and executive
  • Digital management through campaigns and digital tools​ (if applicable)


Experience:

  • Requires limited sales/marketing experience but some administrative/technical experience;
  • Entry/Intermediate level sales position
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers;
  • Strong written communication skills;
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Numerical and analytical skills 
  • Well organised and structure dealing with complex and high-volume requests/tasks
  • Good listener and negotiator  
  • Strong ownership
  • Languages:  Advanced German and English are mandatory
