Windows Support Analyst

Support will include:

• Management of end-user questions and requests on self-service portal.
• Use of BMW internal develop knowledge databases to resolve MOWO related problems and services.
• Management of Self-services portal services like "frequent asked question".
• Retrieval of device, applications, and operating systems log files for troubleshooting
• Investigate log files.
• Divert complex MOWO user and devices issue to MOWO second line services.
• Manage the Onboarding MOWO booth.
• Promote MOWO services (Ambassador).
• Manage Virtual walk-in sessions for MOWO end users.

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting skillset on remote devices.
• Good working knowledge of Windows 10 OS and services.
• Good working knowledge on command base tools like (Ping, Tracert, NSlookup)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft native security services (Defender).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Office 365).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft OneDrive services.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook services.
• Good working knowledge on peripherals setup, configuration and support.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Use of Microsoft Skype for business.
• Use of Microsoft Teams.
• Base working knowledge on Wi-Fi Networks and internet services.
• Base working knowledge of DNS and DHCP services.
• Base working knowledge of Hardware components and services.
• Base knowledge of Microsoft Bitlocker solution.
• Good customer communication skills.
• Base MDM working Knowledge.

 Other Requirements

• Good English skills (both oral and writing ) - German is a plus
