What will you be doing:
Work in shifts 12/24 - 12/48
Working with Ticketing System (BMC Remedy)
Resolving promptly the requests provided by the users/customers and provide feedback.
Evaluate and solve technical problems.
SQL database operations and maintenance
Health Checks by running different scripts and procedures in special on Linux servers.
Maintain and keep a knowledge database.
Following defined procedures and apply them in solving different issues or requests.
24/7 Monitoring & proactive maintenance for the monitoring area using specific software and handling (Nagios, Grafana, Dynatrace, SCCM)
Windows errors troubleshooting
Software Distributions via SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager - advanced remote-control application) and deploying SCCM software packages Performing root cause analysis and identifying opportunities.
You’re a great fit if you have:
Very good English skills (both oral and written) - German is a plus
Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently.
Good organizational and decision-making skills.
Comfort in dealing with challenging situations.
Good eyes for details
Good knowledge of relational databases, MS SQL / Oracle, MS Windows operating systems
Ability to manage complex tasks in parallel.
Ability to understand and prioritize the needs of the customer.
High interest in continuous learning and development (new tools, technologies)
Self-motivation to achieve consistently high-quality results.
