Software Requirements Engineer

YOUR TASK SCOPE

• Drive the development of innovative cloud-native software products in the area of workforce management as an interface between external and internal stakeholders ( for example customer, sales team, customer services team and development)
• Ensure technical feasibility and intuitive usability in collaboration with our UX/UI team
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize the different requirements
• Use requirement engineering and create specifications of new features including user tests and user stories
• Plan the further development of the products and releases and create and communicate the strategic product roadmaps
• Prepare internal product trainings for customer services teams and conduct them together with your colleagues
• Continuously optimize the processes in product management and pay attention to efficiency and effectiveness

YOUR CAPABILITIES

• Completed technical university studies ( for example Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent) with a distinct IT background
• Professional experience in software product management or development of software solutions (valid for senior profiles)
• Understanding of business processes, strong analytical skills, result-oriented work, customer-oriented mindset
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies, curiosity and initiative
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
• Very good written and spoken English skills
