 Job description 

● Fluent in written and spoken German 

 Ensuring the availability of goods by triggering reorders
● Monitoring and improvement of KPIs such as fill rate, stock rate, lead times, inventory turnover, TCO
● Support with price and condition negotiations with
Suppliers and other partners within the supply chain
● Assistance in contract negotiations and management as well as enforcement of SC supplier conditions
● Tier 1 to N-tier supplier management:
Supplier qualification OB
Supplier rating CM / OB
Supplier classification OB
Supplier Exit (Decision CM / Execution OB)
(no supplier search, evaluation and development)
● Freight Forwarder Management:
forwarder search
forwarder selection
forwarder qualification
forwarder review
forwarder development

● Decision on the time and nature of the order,
minimum quantities, as well as partial orders based on open customer orders, past orders and experience values
● Control of open orders regarding delivery delay and deduction of measures
● Continuous improvement of cooperation with suppliers
(processes, relationship, documents, etc.)
● Complaints about defective / non-delivered items
