Find more details below here ALTEN Delivery Center is looking for an Aircraft Maintenance Analyst ready to take on this challenge & be part of our Support Services team!

Required skills: 

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other field

•Data Management knowledge (spreadsheet/formula/macro)

•Basic experience in working with Key Performance Indicators & project monitoring 

•Knowledge of SAP/TechRequesttool could be a plus

•Aircraft background may be desired

•Fluent in English

•Good communication skills

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

•Proactive and results-driven

•Customer-oriented mindset

Your main responsibilities: 

•Managing damage reports and providing repair solutions to the customers

•Researching and analyzing information to develop complete and correct repair forms

•Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues

•Communicate with stakeholders and monitor their results with the objective to provide the appropriate maintenance solutions

•Overseeing, analyzing, and evaluating the entire repair process in order to prevent any blocking points

•Identifying and addressing problems

•Making improvements to existing processes, tools, etc.
