Researcher – Talent Acquisition

Your Role:

Collaborate with the Recruitment Analysts & Specialist/ Recruiters (from initial Recruitment Kick Off brief, through the full identification and approach process, to candidate shortlist) to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidates in order to successfully deliver high volume hires across the entire European portfolio, resulting in significant reduction to TTH, CPH, Vacancy age. This includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies for live requisitions using sophisticated research/identification techniques utilizing a number of sourcing methodologies to identify, attract and shortlist talented individuals to meet business requirements.

Your Challenges:

  • Propose the sourcing strategy for “hard to fill” roles, agree it with the recruiter and implement the actions in order to successfully create and deliver a short list;
  • Active and Passive candidate identification through a number of research methodologies – Talent mapping competitor functions - Search methodology/traditional headhunting techniques and via Social media platforms (Linkedin, Viadeo, Xing, Facebook), Taleo segmentation, Intricate Boolean searches via Social media platforms/niche job board CV databases/search engine sourcing, Candidate referrals, Professional (Associations, Career Fairs/events, Alumni/University) and social networking;
  • CV`s screening and phone screening for all eligible candidates, building and delivering the short list. Keeping close communication with the recruiters to monitor the selection steps, to adjust the sourcing strategy if the case. Joined ownership with the recruiters with regards to hiring numbers, both individual and team results;
  • Investigate, monitor and apply recent/on-going market trends regarding fresh innovative sourcing techniques.

Your Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in a similar position;
  • You will need to be comfortable sourcing at high volumes, for different profiles in different markets, ideally have experience in talent pooling, sourcing via Social media channels and market mapping competitor functions;
  • Business research hands on would be a plus;
  • MS Office suite, Social Media platform in depth knowledge.
