Researcher – Talent Acquisition
Your Role:
Collaborate with the Recruitment Analysts & Specialist/ Recruiters (from initial Recruitment Kick Off brief, through the full identification and approach process, to candidate shortlist) to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidates in order to successfully deliver high volume hires across the entire European portfolio, resulting in significant reduction to TTH, CPH, Vacancy age. This includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies for live requisitions using sophisticated research/identification techniques utilizing a number of sourcing methodologies to identify, attract and shortlist talented individuals to meet business requirements.
