About the program

The Global Procurement Centre provides support to more than 25 sites across Europe, working with different teams of the Procurement and Supply Chain functions in one of the biggest railway company in the world. We pride ourselves with a dedicated and dynamic team assiduously working to ensure a smooth supply chain for our factories.

Join us for an intensive 18-months long training program with a series of placements around the business, providing a firm foundation in the application of Procurement and Supply Chain knowledge, skills, tools and techniques. Placements typically include the different functions within Procurement and Supply Chain and in functions that have a close relationship with Procurement, in Cluj and European manufacturing sites.

Being part of our team, as a Procurement and Supply Chain Graduate, will mean working on real assignments and gaining hands-on experience with responsibility from day one. You will have a chance to work with a dedicated supply base within the wider business, from the supplier selection until the parts are delivered on the shop floor.

This program includes a solid curriculum, covering the end-to-end supply chain process. A buddy will accompany you during the rotations and you will have an experienced Mentor to guide you towards gaining professional qualification while also building both technical and interpersonal skills.

We are counting on you to:

• Keep in touch with our vendors to ensure availability of product to satisfy production requirements;
• Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure availability of product to satisfy production requirement;
• Responsible for reporting store inventory deviation;
• Create of Purchase Orders and Schedule Agreements;
• Align with the suppliers on the orders for ensuring best price and needed delivery term;
• Price/Contract alignments with Commodity Management/Suppliers

About you:

• You are a fresh graduate of Bachelors/Masters studies in any technical or business field (graduated in 2020 and 2021);
• You are proficient in English;
• You are based in Cluj-Napoca or surrounding areas;
• You have good communication and analytical skills.

The selection process includes different steps: from taking a psychometrical test, to a full assessment day.
