Procure to Pay Senior Analyst

Procure to Pay Senior Analyst

Your role:

• Responsible for GR/IR analysis, data cleansing and reconciliations of GR/IR accounts for the all countries in scope;
• Participates in project reviews for data cleansing and highlights any points requiring support from the project team;
• Captures all accounts payable and GR/IR information received;
• Resolves rejected transactions according to the level of errors;
• Ensures accuracy of transactions captured;
• Ensures traceability of transactions performed;
• Be able to understand complex activities in P2P area;
• Ensure proactive steps for avoiding audit GAPs and perform accurate delivery of needed reports for this scope.

Your high-level challenges:

• Solves problems in straightforward situations, analyses possible solutions using experience and judgment on practices and precedence;
• Dedication to agreed deadlines;
• Review of Accounts Payable reconciliations;
• Coordinates with team and business partners for the resolution of complex issues and queries;
• Comply with P2P policies and procedures;
• Comply with period end checklists of activities to be performed.

Would love you to have:

• Education: Finance degree and/or relevant accounting Qualification;
• 2-4 years previous experience in an Accounting/Economic department;
• Exposure to SAP ERP system;
• PC literate (Microsoft Office tools);
• Advanced level of English.
