Perform the duties of managing, organizing, and administering proposal solutions from Enterprise Services (ES) and all Centers of Excellence (COEs) to include:
Digital Workplace
Cloud Services
Unified Endpoint Management
Security Services
Infrastructure Services
Enterprise Architecture
Act as proposal manager for within ES solutions, driving efficient and effective solutions from CoE Managers and documenting and presenting those solutions to the Stefanini Solution Center and/or Customers. Perform interviews with customers to help identify requirements. Maintain SharePoint Task and documentation library real time. Continuously seek areas of improvements.
Duties as Enterprise Architect (50%-25%)
Align IT strategy with the overall organization's business strategy & processes. Drive transformation through the organization, especially in IT, by architecting how the current and future needs of the organization will be met through a sustainable and agile plan. Holistic design and development of short & long-term plans for transformation of several key technology areas including but not limited to:
Security
Network & Cloud Computing
Mobility
Enterprise Computing
IT Management
ITIL
End User Computing
Create the documented roadmaps for both short and long term scalable operations. Meet with stake holders at all levels to identify what is required to create the roadmaps mentioned above. Work with employees on all levels to ensure there is a mutual understanding of the goals to be accomplished and what their role is in the delivery of those goals. Work with solution architects to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution. Be a key resource in IT governance decisions. Perform financial modeling of solutions as they relate to IT investments. Develop and execute an EA communication and education plan.
What do you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, system analysis or a related field of study.
TOGAF 9 Certified is a plus
Perfect English and grammar. Great writer. Experience interviewing and developing proposals/solutions in IT.
10+ years combined experience working across multiple IT disciplines including, but not limited to: Security (e.g. NOC, SOC, design and implementation of Security strategy)
IT Management (e.g. Has worked in Manager or Director level position or demonstrated ability to persuade management to spend funds on items that have driven IT transformation while improving day to day operations
Has created an IT organizational structure that improved the efficiency of the organization holistically)
ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma (e.g. Use of ITIL, Lean, and/or Six Sigma processes to greatly improve an area of IT)
Experience working across multiple industries
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
