• Make outbound calls to prospective clients across the USA using dedicated tools
• Work on a structure to filter the data you are provided
• Find prospective clients and guide them towards our services
• Develop your sales skills which will help you outside of the job as well
• Develop active listening and better your communication skills
• Help grow our company by being an active part of it
• Be a coach/mentor to your team mates

Sales skills aren't used just used at the workplace. Here you will learn persistence, self-discipline and gain confidence. All of these will help your day-to-day, even outside of the workplace.

This may seem like something you've never done before, but don't let this worry you. We are here to teach you everything from A to Z. 

Our training program is designed to teach everything you need to know to be good at your job. We will help you out every step of the way.

The  things we ask you to be good at are:

• Being open-minded and willing to learn and grow
• Having a positive attitude

What we're offering:

• Above industry average salary for similar positions in Cluj and eligibility to a performance based monthly and weekly incentive plan
• For Cluj-Napoca: Taxi tickets from Monday to Thursday so you don't have to worry about your commute
• Continuous professional development so you are not stuck in one place and one position. 
• The ability to choose whether you would like to work in our Cluj-Napoca office or from the comfort of your home. In case you opt to work from home, we also provide you the necessary equipment (PC and auxiliaries) to do your job.

Our schedule is:

• Monday - Thursday 4pm - 1am
• Friday 4pm - 10pm
