Good knowledge of English language is a must;
Experience in transport planning area is an advantage;
Knowledge of geography in all European countries and transport legislation is an advantage;
Flexibility to the working program and able to work in night shifts;
Able to work under stress and able to respect deadlines;
Able to plan various types of equipment;
Driving license- B category is a must;
Computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook);
Perseverant, organized and able to establish priorities;
Written and oral communication skills, logical thinking, proactive and with initiative;
Good problem solving and analytical skills – finding the solutions;
Negotiation skills;
Ability to work as part of a team;

Directing and monitoring the drivers;
Motivating drivers to carry out their job as correct, conscientious and efficient as possible;
Guarding the balance between efficiency and workload;
Monitoring driving routes and refueling points;
Adding security parkings to the trip;
Escalation of deviations, both to Load Planner, Customer Service and Fleet;
Keep contact with customer service / client;
