Quality Engineer Analyst

Responsibilities:

• To define and monitor the quality inspection requirements of components and systems, at incoming and with the supplier;
• To manage the level changes of the components (together with other departments);
• To create the documentation (procedures, work instructions, informative notes);
• To contact the suppliers regarding the components quality problems, to issue the complaints to the suppliers and to follow-up their status (containment activities and failure analysis along with corrective action, compensation of the returned goods. SCAR and RTVR process);
• To provide suppliers quality performance measurements;
• To initiate and coordinate the return process of the faulty RTV materials;
• To establish and modify the components operational plans;
• To decide the destination of the materials in accordance with the procedure in force;
• To participate to daily meetings in MRB zone/ production meetings/ conference calls;
• To coordinate purge activities;
• To analyze and solve the issues reported by the IQC on the raw materials (quarantined materials).

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field;
• Advanced knowledge of English language;
• Very good communication and teamwork abilities;
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications;
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment;
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint;
• Adaptability to complete various tasks as business needs change;
• Familiarity and working knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard is an advantage;
• Knowledge about RCCA, problem-solving is an advantage;
• SAP knowledge is an advantage;
• Experience working with suppliers is an advantage;
• Quality experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is an advantage.
