Partner Management Officer

Requirements:

- University degree in the field of business, IT/ telecom, foreign languages or other related fields
- Working in a multinational company is an advantage
- Understanding of the IT/Telecom Procurement domain
- Excellent English skills both speaking and writing
- Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to converse with a diverse human typology and needs, in an objective and courteous manner
- Ability to handle heavy workload, mediating many demands and requests
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Very good prioritization skills and ability to macro-view projects and objectives
- Negotiation Skills
- Decision-making capacity and taking responsibility
- Smart, proactive, and a quick learner with organizational agility and strong attention to detail
- Effective team player.

Your role will be to manage the relationship between local partners and other departments within the company as well as providing support to the sales team.

Role Expectations:

- Act as a liaison between sales team, partners and customers
- Maintaining business relationships with current and new partners
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements
- Collect accurate data from the Sales Team in order to be able get proper pricing from key partners
- Source and select partners and products according to sales team’s requirements/customer needs
- Ensure that partners meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services on time.
- Explain their company’s expectations and standards and negotiate contract terms with partners
- Verify the Purchase Order is in compliance with the offered financial and technical proposal
- Conclude Contract Agreements and NDAs
- Develop and maintain data base of partners, products and technical services
- Draw-up specific activity reports.
