Planner for our East-Europe Quality Planning team in Codlea. Responsibilities: Create/develop and implement specify quality concepts
and actions to assure the stated quality standards for new developments; Further develop existing processes, methods and test / inspection
equipment Support risk evaluation for design, product and
process (FMEA) Create inspection plans, control plans, measurement
reports (e.g. product and process, etc.); Create and manage quality handbooks Determine inspection methods (e.g. SPC, inspection
severity, measurement methods /
equipment, etc.) Evaluate information on quality-relevant data and
develop concepts for quality improvement; Coordinate and conduct initial
samplings to the customer Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Professional experience as quality engineer/technician (3 years) in the
automotive industry Knowledge of quality methods and tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP, etc.) and
requirements (IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) Language skills: English, German would be an advantage Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, goal orientation, customer orientation
(internal/external) Work in international team on innovative products; Willingness to
