Product Engineer

Job role: The Product Engineer contributes to the validation, qualification and characterization of new products in the Business Creation Process.

Job Summary:

• Main link between R&D department and the factory;
• Technical support and cooperation with R&D center for developing and introduction of new products;
• Coordinate trial runs and specific tests of new products;
• Manage changes at BOM (Bill of Materials) level;
• Problem solving, root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions together with the project team and R&D center;
• Training and technical support for trainers/repair/operators on new products;
• Development of new production lines and assembly/testing equipment along with project team (Process, Quality and Testing engineers);
• Prepare product repair troubleshooting.
  
  

Requirements:

• Technical University Education required;
• Experience in electronic manufacturing industry;
• Ability to work in a team and communicate into multicultural environment; 
• Proactive approach in problem solving;
• PC skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Solid Works, SAP is an advantage);
• English language (advanced level desirable).
