• 5+ years of Java programming experience developing software for cloud-based web applications
• Spring, Spring Boot
• PostgreSQL or other RBDs
• Hibernate
• JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular
• Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting of distributed systems
• Expert Git user

• Continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Open Source
• Atlassian Stack
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
• Apache Camel or other mediation engines
• Liquibase or other migration frameworks
• Cassandra
• HazelCast
• Docker
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns
• Understand caching and associated patterns
• Good patterns and practices regarding security
• Managing application state
• Performance optimization strategies (Runtime, DB, Messaging)
