- Technical skills: - ability to adjust trim cover patterns following customer requirement

                                 - knowledge of automotive seats and related components, specifications and manufacturability

                                - ability to read and understand: 3D drawings, CAD surfaces and general drawings

                                - capacity to build a markup BOM readable by Engineering team

                                - foam skiving/rework will be a plus

- Responsabilities:

The Trim Developer is responsible for technical product definition and process feasibility, in line with program planning, quality and costs targets:

- responsible for patterns, BOMs, Tolerance Chain Management for his/her dedicated parts from the first draft to the final version taken into account cinematic package and interference investigations

- responsible to build related documentation

- responsible to the manufacturability of his trim cover patterns

- responsible to provide information to cut & sew department (markup BOM, cut model, patterns)

- operate based on clear LOP and work order

- he/she is capable to rework foam

- he/she understands planning/quality/cost drivers related to Trim System (Covers/Foam)

- responsible for follow-up and provide support regarding his technical definition into industrial steps (Cut & Sew plants, JIT plants).
