Process technican/engineer - Resistance Welding Specialist

Ideal candidate

• Technician or University degree in Mechanical Engineering/Metallurgical/Welding Engineering or other related field
• Knowledge in test planning, metallography
• English and/or German language skills at medium level mandatory
• Availability to travel short- and long-term (you will be outside Romania 99% of the working-time)
• Valid driver's license and passport is required
• No relocation to Sibiu needed
• High degree of independence, initiative and teamwork

Job description

• Technical and professional support on project sites for resistance welding or/and joining technologies like adhesives, rivets, gluing or similar 
• Trials/test planning, executing and evaluation
  Definition of
• Definition of welding/gluing parameters and project optimization on sites
• Consulting of internal and external project team for joining technology
• Specification, approval and evaluation of welding/joining equipment
  Developing of process
• Developing of process instructions and related technical documentation
• The ability to work closely with software-controls engineers technicians to ensure functional interfaces and installations
• Work mainly on customer sites
• Follows company and customer safety practices.
