Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (related to software engineering, embedded software, informatics, electrical or electronic engineering);
- Experience in embedded automotive software development as well as requirements engineering and architecture modelling via UML preferable;
- Fast comprehension, strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as ability to work self-organized in a team;
- Good communications skills and good English skills (German is a plus);
- Flexible, proactive, strong communication skills;
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the software architecture for our state of the art as well as future oriented passenger car braking systems (e.g. ABS/ESC, el. park brakes, el. Booster, etc.);
- Define the future architectural strategies with respect to arising technologic challenges like automated driving ADAS level 4 & 5 and e-mobility;
- Analyze and understand the product- and customer specific software requirements including aspects of Cyber Security and Functional Safety (ref. ISO26262);
- Work in an environment of agile concept development likewise as in the context of high-volume customer projects worldwide;
- Collaborate within the global Software Engineering Team to decide global strategies on software architecture incorporating classical as well as agile development approaches.
