main responsibilities:
§Manage and document customer specific requirements; Create and implement Quality Control plans, defining inspection criteria & methods
§Manage Customer complains and internal nonconformities; Create corrective actions reports, 8D, A3, Quality Alerts
§Prepare kpi’s reports
§Coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions implementation, perform routine checks
§Providing inputs for production processes and Quality Management System improvements ; up-date related documents
Purpose :
§PQE manage the assigned customer portfolio strategically and operationally focusing on quality and associated risks. They create risk-based quality plans for new products by defining inspection criteria & method and implement the quality plan via Quality Control (QC). In the event of customer complaints, internal nonconformances or CAPAs they coordinate the actions and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
