Quality System Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support internal & external reporting, creation of regular reports and reports on demand for e.g. Steering Committees, Portfolio manager, project management offices, Q & HSE Enablon Database, Audits, Findings and Actions;
• Support internal and external Process Map reporting creation of regular reports;
• Conducting training courses, creating training documents e.g. Enablon & Process Map, Project Data Base;
• Support data quality checks and improvements, data analysis and processing;
• Support Master Data Management in PPM-System;
• Support User administration, user onboarding and support on PPM-Software, Enablon;
• Support creation of process documentation;
• Support with PPM improvement ideas, change requests and tickets;
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with Power BI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, economic or scientific field, ideally related to Project Management;
• Initial experience in reporting, processing and visualization of data and information is an advantage;
• A high affinity for data and IT systems;
• Ideally, you have gained IT experience in the field of Project Management & Quality;
• Strong communication skills in English, first experience in conducting (online) trainings;
• Project management skills desirable;
• Enjoy teamwork, open minded personality;
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365 products (e.g. Power BI reporting, Power Platform, Excel);
• Very good analytical thinking skills.
