For its Procurement Team, located in Cluj-Napoca, Endava is looking for an enthusiastic new colleague who will:
Act as a point of contact between the organization and the agreed supplier
Guide internal users on raising Purchase Requisitions in Oracle for budget approvals, and other branded items related activities
Generate Purchase Orders and places orders for requested branded items
Assist in devising/proposing effective solutions to customers defined requirements
Generate Purchase Orders and place orders for Endava subcontractors
Match your profile
1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
Customer care and service-oriented approach in dealing with peers and suppliers
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian
Attention to details, ability to manage several tasks
Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude
Good negotiation skills
