Test Engineer Coordinator

Job description

The Test Engineer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a team of Test Engineers that give support and sustain the Production Test Systems and Processes in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinates and develops a team of Test Engineers;
• Plans work schedules on shifts and, ensures an on-call plan for the weekend;
• Ensures and updates the Production Test Equipment;
• Analyses and diagnoses the source of failure and gives suggestions for improvement;
• Verifies that test equipment, procedure, and test parameters are within test facility capabilities;
• Creates and modifies test programs and parameters for Production Equipment;
• Configures printers for the production lines;
• Maintains the proper connections between the Production Equipment and Servers;
• Diagnose and resolution of problems related to testing equipment, monitoring, validation, and traceability.

Job Profile

Qualifications

• Experience with MS SQL and networking;
• General understanding of programming concepts;
• Good knowledge of PLC, Windows Server, and system administration;
• Good knowledge of electrical circuits;
• Good English knowledge, desirable Italian language;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Skills

• SQL, Siemens PLC;
• Advantage: knowledge of SAP and SAP DMC (SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud);
• Technical skills, Communication skills, Project management skills, Problem-solving and analytical skills, and team management skills.
