Responsibilities:

• Analysing, processing, and resolving chargeback claims.
• Ensuring accurate and appropriate responses to disputes within the established deadline.
• Keeping track of disputed tickets with upcoming departure date

• High intermediate or advanced English knowledge (C1-C2)
• Analytical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced PC knowledge
