Accountant and Payroll Specialist

You will have an important role in organizing the activity of accounting and payroll.

As a key position in administrative environment, you will be responsible for:

  • Bookkeeping of company assets;
  • Entering, processing and bookkeeping cash and bank operations;
  • Entering, processing and bookkeeping sales transactions;
  • Payroll accounting: statements, payroll reports, changes, Revisal follow-up; 
  • Performing monthly account closures;
  • Preparing monthly checking balance;
  • Keeping an up-to-date inventory record;
  • Preparing and submitting tax statements concerning payments to the consolidated budget;
  • Generating reports;
  • Budget analysis and planning;
  • Working in the local software of the company;
  • Assisting and contributing with financial forecasts in the short, medium and long term within the company.

Key Requirements

  • University degree: BS in Economics, Financial Accounting;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential;
  • Good communication skills, proactive and result-oriented attitude;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, good experience especially with Excel;
  • Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner;
  • Experience with Winmentor is a plus.
