System Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Creating and implementing test cases for functional, performance and stress testing, according to the functional requirements
• Writing and executing of test scripts
• Reviewing documentation
• Writing bug reports
• Contributing to the development of the CANoe simulation of  the test environment
• Creating test reports
• Analyzing the results of the test reports and identifying the root cause of the discovered failed tests
• Collaborating with international project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology or an equivalent education
• Several years of work experience in software quality assurance
• Many years of professional experience in working with Vector Tools, C and Python programming 
• Good knowledge of software testing
• Basic knowledge of automotive control and communication protocols as CAN, FlexRay and Ethernet
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude
• English language is mandatory and German language is considered a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
• Willingness to travel
