Commercial Prospection Team Leader

We are looking for you - the Team Leader with a commercial spirit, a proactive attitude, and coordination skills, to complete our Prospecting team in Brasov.

In this role you will:

- strengthen the Prospecting team in Ploiesti and you will ensure proximity management for 5 prospectors;

- coordinate and motivate the team in order to reach the goals/ objectives;

- ensure the transfer of tasks to the team members and solve difficult situations;

- create a positive working environment, ensure the individual and collective coaching of the team;

- analyze the results and report to management.

We would like you to have:

- at least 1-year experience in coordinating a team;

- advanced English and Spanish level (minimum B2);

- availability for occasional business trips;

- dynamism;

- flexibility;

- involvement and openness.
