✔ You have at least 6 months of leadership experience and a passion for helping people grow.

✔ You’re people-oriented and know how to inspire, coach, and empower your team.

✔ You’re hands-on, working side by side with your team every day.

✔ You communicate confidently in English (B2) and German (B1) and thrive in a multicultural environment.

✔ You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

? What You’ll Do

·        Lead and support a team of 5–7 prospectors.

·        Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

·        Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans to improve performance.

·        Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
