Banking Operations Specialist, Iasi

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Banking Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Iasi.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Higher education in the economic field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Basic financial and accounting knowledge (bank transactions, payment instruments, interest, loans, foreign exchange operations);
• Experience in operating an SAP application - an advantage;
• MS Office proficiency, especially intermediate-level Excel skills;
• English language proficiency (B2); French language (A2) - an advantage;
• Detail-oriented and analytical skills.

Your missions as a Banking Operations Specialist will include:

• Managing bank balances and cash liquidity for the company's bank accounts, both nationally and internationally;
• Maintaining relationships with banks, including account openings;
• Ensuring and providing necessary documents for a smooth interaction between the VEO group and banks;
• Handling relationships with departments involved in treasury reporting.
• Performing additional activities that may arise within daily treasury operations.
