Financial Controller

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join an international finance team at a well-known seller of high-quality daily products on platforms like Amazon and eBay.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of international accounting experience (ideally in the ecommerce sector).
• Personal development plan for a Head of Finance position in a rapidly growing startup.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel.
• IFRS awareness on reporting and financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate accounting of activities in Europe and Romania.
• Develop, implement, and execute processes in accounting, liquidity planning, and control.
• Maintain constant oversight of the company's financial status in all departments and inform management and operational colleagues.
• Collaborate on financial modeling and business planning.
• Prepare documents for finance partners in collaboration with management.
• Generate and share recommendations for action and optimization opportunities.

• Work hybrid: 4 out of 5 working days in the office at the beginning of the job.
• Program: Mon-Fri: 9:00 - 17:30.
• Location: Bucharest.
• 25 days vacation.
