We're currently seeking #EnglishSpeakers to join our client's customer care department.
Our client is a reputable producer and seller of high-quality products that are used in everyday life.
Responsibilities of the position:
• Answer customer requests via chat messages/ phone calls;
• Willingness to search for required information from customer with a strong focus on solving client’s requests;
• Encouraging customer loyalty and promoting additional services or relevant upgrades;
• Manage inquiries related to new orders, modifications to existing orders, and other services with professionalism and efficiency.
Required skills:
• Very good communication skills: C1 English;
• Efficient time management and prioritization skills;
• Orientation towards results;
• Customer-oriented experience.
