We are looking for #GermanSpeakers to join our client's customer care department.

 

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Answer customer requests via chat messages/ phone calls;
  • Willingness to search for required information from customer with a strong focus on solving client’s requests;
  • Encouraging customer loyalty and promoting additional services or relevant upgrades;
  • Manage inquiries related to new orders, modifications to existing orders, and other services with professionalism and efficiency.

 

Required skills:

  • Very good communication skills: C1 German;
  • Presentation, feedback, debriefing skills;
  • Ability to facilitate discussions in the sessions held;
  • Internal/external customer orientation.

 

Additional information:
