Steelcase Product Marketing is responsible for uncovering and identifying unmet needs, developing new seating, furniture and technology solutions, and effectively launching those solutions through our distribution channels. As well as providing ongoing services regarding incentives, culling and other programs as needed, to support business objectives.
Depending on the nature of your assignment, you may be collaborating with a variety of functions beyond Product Marketing, including Finance, Pricing, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Communications. This may include identifying new business opportunities or discovering new ways of offering our solutions to an established market. You will analyze data to confirm or reject hypotheses and summarize the competitive climate we are facing. Your energy and disruptive thinking will help us look at our market in new ways.

What we expect from you:
You’ll need to be highly self-motivated, able to work proactively and autonomously, and willing to take ownership of projects and tasks. You will enjoy your internship if you’re able to keep on top of your work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. We are looking for hard-working and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and organizational skills. High proficiency in English and a second European language like, German or French will be appreciated. Also, we are happy to welcome applicants from an international and diverse background.
Interns will get a chance to work and learn at our Learning & Innovation Center in Munich, a hub located in one of Europe’s emerging design cities, gain valuable experience and establish the start of their career.
