Your Tasks:

  • Lead the global coordination and execution of sales planning processes within the eMobility Division, ensuring alignment with business divisions, units, and regional teams;
  • Develop and optimize process templates and presentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Own and manage the opportunity management process for the eMobility Division;
  • Lead coordination of Acquisition Roadmap updates, including accurate risk assessment and continuous monitoring of risk mitigation actions;
  • Conduct lost-exit analyses for eMobility acquisition projects to identify key insights and improvement areas;
  • Facilitate synergy project tracking and reporting to corporate functions;
  • Perform comprehensive market-to-sales comparison analyses, including white spot identification;
  • Deliver various management-requested analyses on a monthly and quarterly basis;
  • Provide dedicated support and maintain close collaboration with sales teams across business divisions, units, regions, and key stakeholder functions;
  • Support the development, integration, and utilization of AI-enabled solutions within the sales planning process.

Your profile:

  •  

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline;
    • Proven professional experience in Sales, Controlling, or Business Development;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint;
    • Expertise in Handling and Managing Large Data Sets;
    • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal;
    • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail for generating accurate reports and analyses;
    • Skilled in Presenting Key Insights and Strategic Messages Derived from Sales Data Analysis;
    • Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities, complemented by cultural sensitivity;
    • Demonstrates an independent and proactive working style;
    • Proven ability to drive execution with strong initiative, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach;
    • Foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and practical experience with Machine Learning considered an asset.
