- McAfee products and other AV
solutions
- MS VPN solutions
- Advanced technical knowledge
of MS Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 as well as their roles and features;
- Good technical knowledge of
Microsoft Teams, Lync 2013;
- Proficient understanding of
hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge and experience
working with SharePoint;
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL
processes.
Job description
Primary responsibilities:
Adherence to SCC
processes and procedures;
- To deal with customer
requests/incidents in line with Service definitions and SLA’s;
- Undertake personal training
and development in line with departmental needs and in line with Personal
Development Plan agreed with Line Manager;
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge
of industry standards relevant to the role;
- Review and update SCC’s
internal knowledge base;
- Ownership of support calls
within the Event Management Tool;
- Providing regular updates to
both the customers and internal teams within SCC.
- Management of information
relating to customer incidents or service requests and the effective
communication of progress of such events to all stakeholders;
- Suggesting and providing IT
solutions to business and management problems;Prove attention to details
in recording and classifying all incoming technical incidents.
