International Payroll Specialist

The role in a nutshell:
Each month we process over 1000 payrolls on behalf of our clients. Due to the international nature of our business, you will manage payroll processes and collaborate with our in-country partners across the globe. They will support you with local expertise regarding country legislation, taxes, and other important payroll nuances. 

Your typical day as an International Payroll Specialist might include:

• Preparing the payroll input for in-country providers.
• Validating the payroll processed by in-country providers, running payroll reports.
• Document maintenance. 
• Checking your run list to see what needs to be delivered. 
• Liaising with your Team Leader about any outstanding items for the day, any issues, help needed etc. 
• Following up and resolving with the client or in-country providers any delays, queries/concerns. 
• Picking up any urgent client queries or requests from our ticketing system, and liaising with in-country providers if necessary.
• Sparking and spreading a good mood. Laughing can improve immunity, help regulate blood sugar levels, and improve sleep.
