Data Protection Manager Associate

MyData-TRUST is seeking a talented Data Privacy Manager to join our team of multi-disciplinary experts, including data privacy lawyers, IT specialists, security professionals, and pharmaceutical subject matter experts. As a trusted advisor to Life Science companies, we are dedicated to making data protection, privacy, and security compliance our core business.

Responsibilities:

·       Project management and coordination

·       Customer meetings and consultation

·       Data protection gap analysis (DPGA)

·       Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA)

·       Development of policies, procedures, guidelines, and templates

·       Providing expert advice and recommendations on data protection

·       Staying informed of the latest developments in data privacy

·       Organizing internal training sessions on data privacy in the Life Sciences sector

·       Conducting various checks and readings

Qualifications:

·       Experienced (or interested) in GDPR and data protection

·       Strong knowledge of Life Sciences and their relation to data privacy

·       Excellent leadership and persuasion skills

·       Ability to manage team discussion and teamwork efficiently

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)

·       Knowledge of clinical studies and GCP is a plus
